Tumble Tots

This class introduces students ages 4 and 5 to a structured class without parental assistance. Students will learn fundamentals on floor, beam, bars and vault while working one on one with an instructor and interacting with other students.

Gold Team

This team is a combination of Xcel Gold and Xcel Platinum gymnasts. Gymnasts on this team will get the chance to travel and compete at 5-7 meets throughout the competition season. Gymnasts will learn and compete personalized routines on all four events and floor. Students in this class will practice twice a week for two and a half hours each time. They will practice and compete on all four events and floor.  Please note: Team gymnasts MUST be YMCA members. This class fee DOES NOT include competition fees, membership fees, or uniforms/warm-ups.

Bronze Team

Gymnasts on this team will get the chance to travel and compete at 5-7 meets throughout the competition season. The students will be learning and competing the level two compulsory routines while also working to master their level three skills. Students in this class will practice twice a week for one and a half hours at a time. They will practice and compete all for events and floor. . Please note: Team gymnasts MUST be YMCA members. This class fee DOES NOT include competition fees, membership fees, or uniforms/warm-ups.

Private Lessons

Private Lessons offer your child one-on-one instruction and are a great way to gain skills at a faster pace! Private Lessons are offered for gymnastics, tumbling, and cheerleading. Private Lessons must be scheduled through the front desk.

Individual 1:1 - $20 for 30 minutes, $40 for an hour

Mini Team

This class is a jumpstart into our competitive program. Gymnasts on this team will get the chance to travel and compete at 5-7 meets throughout the competition season. The students will be learning and competing the level one compulsory routines while working to master their level two skills. Students in this class will practice twice a week for an hour at a time. This practice will be on all four events and floor.  Please note: Team gymnasts MUST be YMCA members.

Level Two

Students in this class are working to master the basics, but are ready to begin working intermediate level skills on all four events.

Level One 

Must be at least 6 years old to enroll. This is an introductory class for students who are interested in learning the basics all four events: beams, bars, floor and vault.

Intermediate Tumbling

This class will focus on skill progression. Students will learn handstand roll downs, Back extension rolls, round-offs, kick-overs, front limbers, front walk-overs and back walk-overs.

Tumble Time

Tumble Time is an open play in the gymnastics center for children 6 months to 5 years of age. This is a parent assisted playtime.

THIS IS NOT A STRUCTURED CLASS.

Beginning Tumbling

This class will focus on the basics. Students will learn forward rolls, backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels and back-bends.

THIS CLASS IS FLOOR AND TUMBLETRACK ONLY.

Silver Team

Gymnasts on this team will get the chance to travel and compete in 5-7 meets throughout the competition season. Gymnasts will master and compete level three skills while also working to master their level four skills. Students in this class will practice three times per week for one and a half hours each time. They will practice and compete all four events and floor.  Please note: Team gymnasts MUST be YMCA members. This class fee DOES NOT include competition fees, membership fees, or uniforms/warm-ups.

Level Three

Students in this class have taken the intro to level 2 class and mastered the basics and are polishing their intermediate level skills. Students in this class will be introduced to advanced level skills on all four events.

Tiny Tots

This class is parent assisted for students 2 and 3 years old. Students will be introduced to fundamental skills on floor, beam, bars and vault.

Advanced Tumbling

This class is for students who have mastered their front/back handspring. Students in this class will learn airbound skills including front tucks, back tucks, layouts and aerials.
