Enroll your gymnasts in our gymnastics program for guaranteed fun and great experiences! We have several types of classes for different levels.

Where we hold our large fitness classes, basketball leagues, open gym, and various other programs.

​We offer several different classes so you will never get tired of them. Not only that, but they are included in your YMCA membership!​

Fitness Classes

Three Rivers Run- Join us as we kickoff our 25th annual Three Rivers Run event! An adventurous 240 mile personal watercraft run that begins on the Osage River below Bagnell Dam, continues down the Missouri & Mississippi Rivers, then ends at the St. Louis Arch.  Entry fee is $750 which includes all fuel and oil, lunch and post-party celebration. Rider registration, silent auction and raffle ticket drawing will be held the evening before the run at Dog Days.



Member Mondays- Members! We want to show our appreciation to YOU! On the last Monday of every month, we will be holding a member appreciation day called, "Member Mondays." This will be a potluck style event in our aerobics studio. Bring a snack or your favorite homemade dish to share while we thank you for being a part of the YMCA community. We will see you on the last Monday of every month at 10:00 AM!

Christmas in July 5k- Support our childcare and have fun in our 2nd annual Christmas in July 5k! If you would like to participate in this fundraiser, registration is now open and will be $30.00 if you register by May 31 and $35 after. Stop by the facility or call us for more information!
