Water Fitness

Water exercise is an excellent way for individuals of any fitness level to achieve injury-free results. Water workouts increase strength and flexibility, improve aerobic endurance, body composition and muscle tone and enhance coordination, posture and movement skills (No swimming ability is required). Ages 16+
A cardiovascular work-out of varying levels of intensity. Combines an aerobic work-out with muscular strength and flexibility using properties of water, water equipment and optional hand weights. Held in shallow water.

Walking & Talking

For those with extreme arthritic, lower back and joint problems. Help to correct and/or maintain one’s balance. Strengthens and tones muscles. very little impact on joints.
