Complete Abs

This class focuses completely on the abdominal muscles, including the rectus abdominals, internal and external obliques and transverse abdominals.

Boot Camp

Aerobics plus weights, with circuits and power moves. Designed to wake you up and keep you motivated for the day.

Tues & Thurs 6:30 - 7:30 AM

Zumba (This is out until October 1st)

Ditch your workout! Join the Party! This caloric - burning, body energizing class is designed to engage and captivate the body for life. Interval training and resistance training combine to tone and sculpt your body.

Personal Training
Could you benefit from the advice and expertise of a YMCA Personal Trainer? Our trainer can assist you in achieving your goals for weight loss, muscular strength, cardio and muscular endurance, increased flexibility, specific sport training, or just a general overall good feeling about yourself and health. The YMCA has a professional certified trainer who encourages success and wants you to create a better quality of life through fitness. Each session is one hour.

Pilates

Pilates strengthens the “powerhouse” of the body: abdomen, lower back and buttocks. This class focuses on stabilizing the body’s core muscles, which enable the rest of the body to work more efficiently. Class begins with breathing techniques, continuing on to the basics of pilates with a complete explanation of each posture. Participants need to bring their own pilates mat.

Yoga

Yoga Fitness features a progressive series of exercises to increase strength, flexibility and balance of the entire body. You will not only experience increased energy and vitality, but also a stronger and leaner body, reduced stress and tension, better posture and higher level of fitness. This class is not designed for relaxation but to tone and shape muscles, improve flexibility, enhance circulation and increase stamina. Bring your own yoga mat.
