Interval Combo
A power class that combines exercises and drills, such as standing jumps, hops, depth jumps, lunges and squats to develop power, improve endurance, and improve agility. A challenging workout for the upper and lower body.

Complete Abs
This class focuses completely on the abdominal muscles, including the rectus abdominals, internal and external obliques and transverse abdominals.

Cardio Core
This class primarily focuses on muscle endurance, strength and flexibility utilizing your abdomen and back with a mild aerobic component. Whether you are new or experienced with core conditioning techniques, you will find that this class uses a wide range of movement styles and is taught in variable levels to help you challenge your body with just the right touch.
(This class does meet at the same time as Complete Abs on Wednesdays)

Ballroom Dancing - Salsa II Group
This class is offered January 7th through February 25th. This will be an 8 week session at Laroca Dance Studio at Blair's Landing.

Tae Kwon Do
Learn martial arts from an instructor that has 16 years of Tae Kwon Do experience. Tae Kwon Do is a modern martial art from Korea that is characterized by its fast, high and spinning kicks. Not only does Tae Kwon Do help you to become fit in a relatively short amount of time, but it teaches discipline that can be applied throughout a lifetime.

Pilates
Pilates strengthens the “powerhouse” of the body: abdomen, lower back and buttocks. This class focuses on stabilizing the body’s core muscles, which enable the rest of the body to work more efficiently. Class begins with breathing techniques, continuing on to the basics of pilates with a complete explanation of each posture. Participants need to bring their own pilates mat.

Yoga Fitness features a progressive series of exercises to increase strength, flexibility and balance of the entire body. You will not only experience increased energy and vitality, but also a stronger and leaner body, reduced stress and tension, better posture and higher level of fitness. This class is not designed for relaxation but to tone and shape muscles, improve flexibility, enhance circulation and increase stamina. Bring your own yoga mat.
