General Facility Rules

1. Please do not take soda, candy, gum or food of any kind into the gym, wellness center, gymnastics center, aerobics studio, walking track or locker rooms.
2. The YMCA is not responsible for lost or stolen articles. Please do not leave valuables in a locker without locking it.
3. Please do not smoke in the YMCA facility or YMCA parking lot. We expect people to adhere to this policy.
4. Members must show membership card before using the YMCA facility.
5. Please do not take boys over 5 years old in the ladies locker room.                            6. No weapons or alcohol allowed on YMCA property.

    
 

Financial Scholarships Available

No youth or family is denied membership or participation because of financial need. Sponsorships are available in a confidential manner. Call your Y at 348-9230 to request financial aid forms.
              

Policies

Class Refunds: Refunds are made for documented medical limitations or when the class is cancelled by your Y only. Please direct questions to the professional staff person in charge of the class.

Class Make-Up: Check with the respective class as to when make-up classes are available. Make-ups will only occur if the instructor was unable to attend or due to inclement weather. The YMCA will cancel all morning and afternoon classes if school is closed due to weather conditions. The canceling of evening classes will be made by 3:00 pm. Please listen to KRMS, KQUL, KCVO, KZWV or watch KY3, KRCG or KOMU for YMCA facility closings.

Supervision Of Children

A parent must supervise children under the age of 10 when attending the YMCA.
