Boot Camp Express

Maximize your results while minimizing your time spent. It will consist of fast-paced resistance and strength training combined with cardio bursts. This class is only a quick 30 minutes, but that is all you will need of this hardcore workout.

Circuit Training

This is an EXCELLENT boredom buster! It's a combo of weights and cardio. This interval style workout is sure to get you in shape quick!  So many different exercises in one class will keep your mind from wandering and turns your body into a calorie burning machine!  Great for all fitness levels!

Power Hour

Come join us for this barbell-based weight training class. This focuses on using light weights with high reps and targets every area of your body throughout. Every movement is choreographed to music, so you can be sure that you are going to have fun! If you are looking for a class to strengthen, tone and get your body into better shape, this is the class for you!

Family Yoga

This class is great for all ages and fitness levels. It is the perfect opportunity to introduce your children to an active lifestyle or just enjoy another morning of yoga.

Spin/Sunrise Spin

This class gives you a chance to hop on a bike and cycle through flat roads, hills, intervals and even more! Great for beginners and advanced cyclers. This is a sure way to get in some much needed cardio while working those legs!

Water Fitness @ Port Arrowhead Pool

Splash your way to a healthier you! This class is a safe and effective way to participate in resistance training and aerobic exercise. It is designed to promote flexibility, join movement and strength.

Wellness Yoga

All levels welcome. This is a gentle yoga class that the instructor customizes according to the class. Includes stretching, breathing and simple meditation. This will help with specific bodily postures, which is essential for health and relaxation.
